Ultimate Ability:When he swings his blade he is able to fire out wide ceros much like stark. But there are released on command only. His reflexes, strength, speed, dexterity, are tripled. He is also given an extreme boost in his spirit pressure. He seems to only be able to fire a Cero charged swing twice per post. Doing more would be a tech. His innate ability is increased.

Innate Ability: Besides the power boost that he would get, his blade would do something that would resemble his ress.when he swings his blade he is able to fire out wide balas. He also is able to use the Rei in his body to mend minor wounds to the organs only.

Techniques:

Name: Rapture
Effect: Fires a Cero from the top of his Zanpoktou. However the Cero itself is tripled in power and is the same speed as a Bala.

He swings his blade and it fires out thousands of multicolored ceros. Each one firing gives the appearance of a Rainbow that can decimate an entire area if this was tried by a weaker person. Because of the consentrated amount of power used for this attack. And since the ceros come at the opponent at all angles. This is known as The Primeras most Devastating last resort. After Using half of his Rei is goen for 4 turns.

Name: Usurper's Cero
With a Swing of his blade it fires out a Large cero that homes/tracks it victum. The cero is strong enough to go through most objects easily and can only be dodged if the opponent is smart enough to power down there own Rei.

About Madrils Roar. There must be some kinda draw back, Since its so powerful.

No not really. Its used once per battle. That is the Drawback.

My only thing about this is that it seems very OP. I understand this is a last resort technique but thousands of ceros at all angles and all at once? Err... i will have to ask that this be edited somehow to make it fair. Too many ceros at once, I could see an abnormal amount of ceros shot at once to be no more then 10 or something.

Actually its dodge able. It goes to the one spot that the opponent is standing

however if its gonna be ten ceros that means there will be no drawback

I can live with 15 ceros however
