Personal Rp Section?

As i was watching the latest episode of bleach ( when the zanpaktou go rogue on the shini) I had come up with an Idea to make things a bit more interesting. I am proposing that we open up a personal Rp section. This section will be used as a sidebar for characters to specifically build up their personal relations with other characters and develop complex bonds of friendship,rivalry or anything in between (like rukia and Ichigos relationship for example). The personal rp section events between two characters will be allowed to spill over into the "actual" rp. This way there will be a lot more probable incentives for characters to act upon such as saving someone else, seeking revenge etc. instead of random topics that come about just because.

I suppose the main reason I feel this is a good addition is because it will give the rp more depth and make it more fun and interesting to rp.

The personal Rp section can also serve as personal archs for two characters. For example say me and shin are related somehow in the rp and in the present day (now) I am a captain and he is the C.C. Under the personal rp section we could rp the events prior to our current character status as far back as the academy if need be. These are just my thoughts and not all of it is thought out fully but I would like some feedback or comments about this please.

I have noticed that there has been limited to no activity here and hoping this idea will be encouraging for more rp. But again its just a suggestion, hopefully it will be seen through.

It's a cool idea.
One could even go there as a place to RP talking to their zan/meeting with it, as some character's bonds with their manifestation is a big part of their history.

That can also be a good use for it as well, hopefully shin will give his approval and sign of on this.
