Sealed Zanpacktou:Like a Normal Blade,but the handel is all white covered with blue ribbosn on the handel.the Guard is like a snow flake.

Shikai Ability:Ice Modulatation-Well Actually its capable of using small water particles to join each other and turn to ice,but he can do it with massive amounts of water,but he cant control the water only ice/snow.
He also has the ability to turn ice back to water AKA detaching the water particles from each other.

Effect:By swinging Rebosumaru it shoots out big apple sized ice flower like bullets,they are sharp and when they collision with the enemy he might get injured but not very much.

Cooldown:1-Post Because its his normal attack what he uses almost always.

please increase cooldown time and dont make it an auto hit.

IT isnt Auto-Hit just when i hit the enemy than the contacnt place will freeze,unless stopped.

For Ryūsishik the duration to freeze someone for 5 posts is a bit much. You can either make the technique freeze the part of the body that is struck for 5 posts or freeze someone as a whole for 1 post.
